You're trying so hard to prove to someone on the Internet or in person ...

I have some words for you because I love you ...

If you are on the internet posting or just telling friend after friend ...

You're trying so hard to prove to your guy/girl and what they did wrong, how he/she is wrong why he/she is wrong. you're trying to get him/her to see how you feel, how he's/she's made you feel, about taking responsibility ... on and on the story goes ... but you are carrying so much emotional baggage with you ... your keeping this fire going and it is a lot of weight to carry, dear one.

From this day forward it doesn't matter if he/she gets it or not, there's nothing more you can do but there is something you can not do ... stop trying to prove your side and start finding things that lift you, that make you feel happy, post who you are now, what you like now, what you might like to experience now.

It's time to look at your beauty and leave the rest all fall,dear one, because you don't need to be in this place of proving or showing ... you need to be in the beautiful place of shining and glowing and letting go of what doesn't serve you and start holding on tight to what does.

Find out what lights you up now, explore what makes you happy or what makes you smile and focus all that beautiful energy on the internet on that ... and climb out of the dark hole you've been in for so long and shine like you've never shined before.

The emotional baggage will start falling as soon as you stop feeding it, new doors will open for you, pounds will fall off of you because you're no longer carrying what no longer serves you.

I love you from the bottom of my heart and I know what you're trying to do but it is hurting you much more than you think ...

Say, 'I am a force to be reckoned with!" stand tall hold your shield and sword high and fight for you! Call back your energy from the whoever it is and send their energy back to them.

It is time for so many new and beautiful chapters that chapters shine the beautiful light that you are 💖🌈🎶🎉
