The Wisdom in Watching Leaves Fall ...

Some leaves fall off the tree and go straight to the ground right away.

Some leaves as they fall, do a little twist and a little turn and then they fall to the ground.

Some leaves do a spiral dance in the air it is so awesome to watch, each one has its own dance.

And then there are those special leaves, that do a beautiful artistic dance in the air, they twist, they float, they spiral, and sometimes they land on another leaf in a different tree and they sometimes kiss in the air with another leaf on their way down.

The leaves that are in a hurry to get to the ground and fall straight down have missed the whole journey of the leaves that do the dance in the air and float and twist and turn and spiral and kiss.

Are you missing the journey, dear one? Perhaps it's time to let the destination go and open your eyes and heart to what is unfolding right before you because it is the destination that has kept you from seeing it.
