If you are a healer or an empath or someone who cares a lot, there is a golden rule ...

"If you care more than they do ... back off, dear one".

Many have gone down because of not doing this. Long ago many healers went down because they were taking care of everyone but themselves ... it is not that you shouldn't care any longer it is that you need to wait until they are really ready instead of wasting your beautiful energy on something that cannot accept it yet. 💕
