Added Weight ...

This just came to me while I was sitting on my back porch looking into the woods ...


Find yourself a backpack and put 10 to 15 lb in it then put it on. walk around for a half hour to an hour with that added weight ... then take the weight off and notice how light you feel and how much better.


For those of you who feel bad about being overweight, I would bet you will feel a lot better after you take that 10 or 15 pounds off and hopefully not feel so sad about your weight any longer.


It just might inspire you to loose 10 or 15 lb because you will now realize the wisdom the backpack brought you 😊 💕


This may even be a good thing to help people realize they're not so bad where they are and if they'd like they can make it even a little better.
